Tzuyu is The Starlight Rooster

This is the day pillar only. It is fixed by the calendar date of birth, which is public — so it can be calculated with confidence. The hour pillar cannot: Tzuyu's birth time is not published, and guessing at one would produce a chart that looks precise and is not.

What the day pillar says is character rather than circumstance.

The day pillar is read as two halves. The stem is what a person is made of; the branch is what they are standing on. Here the stem is yin Fire — fire kept at a distance — a steady, deliberate light that gives less warmth than it looks like it should, and lasts far longer for it.

The branch is the Rooster: exacting ground — a footing that notices what is wrong and finds it difficult to leave unmentioned.

The stem holds and the ground moves, so this chart tends to arrive somewhere before it has admitted it was going. What looks like impulse from outside is usually a decision that was made quietly some time ago.
