Who you are dealing with

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase receipt and any payment dispute are handled by them; the reading itself, and everything on this site, is ours.

What the service is

SoulPillars calculates a Four Pillars chart from a birth date, time and place, and — for paid readings — generates written interpretation of that chart using an AI model.

It is a symbolic character framework, not a prediction of events. Nothing here forecasts what will happen to you, and nothing here is advice: not medical, psychological, legal, or financial. Decisions you make after reading it are yours.

Accuracy, stated honestly

The chart is computed from astronomical algorithms rather than a lookup table, in true solar time for the birthplace. Measured against published values, the solar terms that divide the months land within 6.8 minutes. A birth falling inside that window near a term boundary may be cast on either side of it.

We do not claim the calculation is perfect or exact, and you should not treat it as such.

What you may do with a reading

A purchased reading is yours personally. You may read it, keep it, print it, and share it with whoever you like. You may not resell it or present it as your own work for commercial purposes.

The link to a reading is the only credential protecting it. Anyone you send it to can read it.

How long a reading stays available

A purchased reading stays at its link for 30 days. If you have an account, readings on it stay for as long as you keep using it. We can re-send the links to the address you paid with — see recovering a lost link.

Accounts

An account is an email address and nothing else. There is no password. Signing in means clicking a one-time link sent to that address, so whoever can read the inbox can sign in — keep it secure. You can stop using an account at any time by simply not signing in; ask us and we will delete it.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Generation depends on a third-party AI provider and can fail; when it does, your order is recorded and we will either deliver it or refund it.

Age

The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If these terms change substantively, the date at the top of this page changes with them. A change never applies retroactively to a reading you already bought.
