Refunds

The short version

Readings are non-refundable once delivered. They are written for your chart the moment you buy, and they are yours to read and download immediately — so a completed reading cannot be returned any more than a read book can be un-read.

If your reading never arrived, or arrived broken, that is a different thing entirely, and we refund it in full. See below.

If it never arrived, or arrived broken

You get your reading or your money back, your choice. Generation takes a few minutes and can fail; when it does, your order is recorded on our side and we would rather find you than wait for you to write in. The same applies if the file will not open, or if what arrived is plainly not the reading you paid for.

Before writing, try recovering the link with the address you paid with — most “it never arrived” cases are a closed tab.

If you changed your mind

We do not refund a delivered reading because it was not what you hoped for. Digital content loses the statutory withdrawal right once delivery begins, and this policy is stated on the page where you pay, before you pay, so that the decision is made with it in hand rather than after.

What you can see before buying is deliberately substantial: your full chart, your elemental balance, and your cosmic animal are free and complete. Read those first. The paid reading is longer and written for you, but it is the same chart underneath — nothing about it is a surprise you are asked to pay to discover.

What we cannot speak for

Gumroad is the merchant of record for every sale here. It handles payment, and it keeps its own right to issue a refund at its discretion. That is between you and them, and this policy does not override it.

How to reach us

Email support@soulpillars.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include the link to your reading if you have it.

A refund we do issue is sent by Gumroad to the original payment method, and usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
