Refunds

The short version

If your reading did not arrive, or it arrived broken, we refund it in full. If it arrived fine and you simply did not find it worth the money, ask within 14 days and we will refund it anyway.

If it never arrived

Generation takes a few minutes and can fail. When it does, your order is recorded on our side, and we would rather find you than wait for you to write in. Either way: tell us, and you get the reading or your money back, your choice.

Before writing, try recovering the link with the address you paid with — most “it never arrived” cases are a closed tab.

If you changed your mind

Digital content is normally exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. We do not rely on that exemption. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, without asking you to justify it.

The one thing we will not do is refund the same reading twice, or refund a series of purchases from someone who buys and refunds repeatedly.

How to ask

Email support@soulpillars.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include the link to your reading if you have it.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
