The Diamond Pig and The Starlight Snake

The Diamond Pig sees a standard they feel measured against. The Starlight Snake, looking back, sees something worth pursuing. These are not the same thing, and that gap is the most useful fact on this page: each of you is having a different experience of the same relationship.
